Cell lines with EWSR1 fusion

Hello! I am trying to identify cell lines that have EWSR1 fusions with ATF1 (or CREB1 or CREM). Please let me know how to find such events. Thank you! Farhad

Hi, you can find our fusion file in the downloads page of the portal. Here’s the link to the data for the 21Q3 release. If you search for EWSR1 in that file you’d be able to find the genes it is fused to across different cell lines.
