If I search for example “YAP1”, DepMap will give me a list of top co-dependencies such as ARHGEF7, PKN2, etc. But these top co-dependencies are calculated from all of the cell lines tested. If I am interested in colorectal cancer only, how do i calculate top co-dependencies of YAP1 for only that cancer type?
