Thanks for this resource. I’m working on a cancer evolution project aiming to analyse gene essentiality and drug sensitivity at certain genomic copy number states. However, as copy number states can evolve and disappear/backmutate rapidly, I need to get a sense of the delay between the time of sampling for copy number analysis (WES, using the PureCN 24Q4 absolute copy number data) and the date(s) of CRISPR/Achilles/drug sensitivity screening. Is it possible to find metadata with the (approximate) dates of WES and sensitivity screening for each cell line? Or is there a general sense of how far apart these were?
