I have tried 2 different web browsers, this previously worked in chrome.

Hello,

Yes, you’re using it correctly. I appears a bug was introduced recently. We’re investing and will update once we have a fix for this.

As an update: we’ve made a fix, but the 21Q4 data update is just around the corner, so we’ll be including this bug fix when we deploy the updated data. (Expected near the end of next week)
