Is there a listing of antibiotic dose used for selection for each of the cell lines in DepMap anywhere?
I’m not sure whether any drug-related datasets contain information on antibiotic drugs, but you can find the drug dose information in the treatment metadata for each dataset. (e.g., Repurposing_Public_24Q2_Treatment_Meta_Data.csv)
