# Where can I find Raw Transcriptomic data for  cell lines not available through SRA?

Hi am trying to find raw RNA-seq (Fastq/BAM) data for some AUTONOMIC\_GANGLIA specific cell lines. I have tried searching the cloud storage too(Terra) as suggested by James McFarland [jmmcfar](https://forum.depmap.org/u/jmmcfarl)  
The cell lines I am searching for are:  
DepMap ID Cell Line  
ACH-002080 TN2\_AUTONOMIC\_GANGLIA  
ACH-001603 NH12\_AUTONOMIC\_GANGLIA

Can anyone please help with the query?

Hi,

Currently we are only allowed to share raw sequencing files for cell lines that were part of the CCLE project. Unfortunately the two lines you are looking for are outside of CCLE so the data is not publicly available.

Hi Simone,

Thanks so much for the reply. Is there any way to access raw files for these cell lines? say by contacting and/or applying for permission to access? If it is indeed possible, where/who should I contact?
