What does RAAP equal zero mean in protein arrays? Can RAAP less than zero in cell lines be considered as low expression?

Hi, are you looking at protein\_quant\_current\_normalized? I don’t see any RAAP in there. If so perhaps [this post](https://forum.depmap.org/t/protein-expression-data/1065) would answer your question.
