# WGS data

Hi

I see the WGS data from [ENA Browser](https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJNA523380).  
It says there are 329 cell lines’ WGS data.

But, from [Data | DepMap Portal](https://depmap.org/portal/data_page/?tab=currentRelease), I see 559 cell lines’ WGS data. I wonder where and when I can download the rest of the WGS data.

Could you tell me, like, among 588 cells, how many control (non-cancerous) cells are there?

Hi Pora,

Currently, only cell lines in the CCLE project have raw sequencing data publicly available. Please see [this post](https://forum.depmap.org/t/where-can-i-find-the-raw-genomics-sequencing-data/1353) for more details.

As for cell line metadata annotation, please navigate to Model.csv in our download page.
