I am unable to download any files from “PRISM Repurposing Secondary Screen”, other files can be downloaded normally. I tried switching networks and VPN, changing devices, and using different browsers (Edge and Chrome), but none of these worked.
The following error occurs when attempting to download any file of Secondary Screen.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

`AccessDenied` Access denied.

This got reported in another thread but I missed this one. Sorry about not noticing this report until now.

We have an open ticket to fix that fileset but in the mean time you can download this fileset from figshare directly at [PRISM Repurposing 20Q2 Dataset](https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/PRISM_Repurposing_20Q2_Dataset/20564034)

Thanks,
Phil

Hi Phil,

No worries at all, and thanks for following up! I actually ended up using Figshare in the end and even found a newer version (24Q2). Appreciate the help!

Best,
Mahmoud Elsharkawy

Just posting here in case anyone else sees this thread in the future:

This got triaged initially as “important but not urgent” because the data was still accessible on figshare. Unfortunately by not being labeled urgent, it got lost in a pile of other “not-urgent” tasks. The intention was to fix it long before now.

Regardless, as of this morning, it has finally been fixed.

Thanks,

Phil
