Hi,

Could you provide matched sample ID in these two files?
These files use different sample ID.

OmicsFusionFiltered shows the ModelID, but OmicsFusionUnfilteredProfile file shows the ProfileID. I would appreciate if you could add the ModelID into OmicsFusionUnfilteredProfile file.
Thanks.
Pora

Hi Pora,

Currently DepMap omics is offering data on both ModelID (ACH-xxxxxx) and ProfileID (PR-xxxxxx) levels to enable more granular data sharing. Specifically, in the download page, everything ending with the suffix “Profile” has ProfileIDs as the identifier.

If you are looking for a way to map ProfileIDs to ModelIDs, OmicsProfiles.csv should be the file you need, and Model.csv might be relevant too if you are looking for cell line name and/or metadata information. Please see the “How can I map DepMap Release files?” section in our [data overview page](https://depmap.org/portal/data_page/?tab=overview) for more details.

Thanks,
Simone
