Hi depMap team,

I have read the recourses you mentioned about the protein quantification and normalization, I couldn’t reach the answer I’m looking for.

I just want to know, the expressed Protein and mRNA levels in the cancer cells, are relative to what exactly? Relative to their respective levels in the Normal cells for example?

Best Regards,
Ahmad
