When I tried to map the drug info from the file “Repurposing\_Public\_24Q2\_Extended\_Primary\_Compound\_List.csv” to the data matrix file “Repurposing\_Public\_24Q2\_Extended\_Primary \_Data\_Matrix.csv”, I realized, that the compound IDs in the data matrix file are unique. However, in the compound list file the ID “BRD:BRD-K05804044-001-18-5” occurs twice while ID “BRD:BRD-K28042756-001-01-9” is missing. Could you please check whether this is intended or due to an error. Best wishes, Mathias

yeah the problem is BRD:BRD-K28042756-001-01-9 from Repurposing\_Public\_24Q2\_Extended\_Primary\_Data\_Matrix.csv does not exist in Repurposing\_Public\_24Q2\_Extended\_Primary\_Compound\_List.csv and BRD:BRD-K05804044-001-18-5 is a duplicate in Repurposing\_Public\_24Q2\_Extended\_Primary\_Compound\_List.csv.

From here [SID 340086375 - PubChem](https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/substance/340086375) looks like BRD-K28042756-001-01-9 is not maintained any more. Anyway, I replaced the duplicate record with BRD-K28042756-001-01-9 using pubchem.
