# Predictability tab issue

Hello,

Information does not always appear on the predictability page (in particular when searching for the following genes: ZNF471, VIM, WDR4).

Hello,

Just to follow up on the same issue, here is an example of what I see on the predictability page for ACTB for which everything looks normal:

However for VIM all the predictions are missing:

I just took a look at this, and what I can say is that a request related to this gene is timing out. However, I presently don’t have any guess why this request would take longer for any specific gene when others are fine. I’m filing it as a bug in our issue tracker to be investigated.

We now understand the root cause of this page timing out and are in the process of testing a fix.

A fix for this went out this morning and I’ve confirmed the page now shows for VIM.
