# OmicsSomaticMutations.csv in 22Q4 lacking model identifiers?

I may have missed something, but the 22Q4 OmicsSomaticMutations.csv file seems to lack any “ModelID” or “ProfileID” column.

It appears in this file we’ve put the model IDs in a column named “DepMap\_ID”. This is inconsistent with the other files so perhaps we should fix that in future releases.

Regardless “DepMap\_ID” = “ModelID”. (DepMap\_ID was what we used in previous releases)

Thanks so much. I missed that DepMap\_ID column before. That will do the trick.
