I am not able to find Tumor\_Seq\_Allele2 column in the MAF format of the CCLE data. I was wondering if there is way to get that info?

Hi. I believe that a renaming occurred at some point in our datasets and we continued using it to avoid more confusion. So maybe this was an older column name, but there is no `Tumor_Seq_Allele2` in the mutations file. The `Reference_Allele`/`Tumor_Seq_Allele1` columns are the reference/alternate alleles respectively.
