# Methylation Data Download failed

Hello, I’m not able to download Methylation Data from DepMap. System message is the following:

“Unexpected error. If you get this error consistently, please contact us with a screenshot and the actions that lead to this error.”

Can anyone help me please?

I just tried downloading this dataset with the default settings and didn’t get any error.

Were you trying to filter for specific genes or cell lines or change any other options? I’m looking for a way to recreate the failure you saw.
