# Keep getting this error when downloading Cell Line data through custom downloads

This sounds like likely the same problem as reported in [Error when downloading files using custom download](https://forum.depmap.org/t/error-when-downloading-files-using-custom-download/4648)

I’ll be updating that thread as I have more information.

I traced the problem back to a configuration mistake in last week’s update.

It’s working again, but don’t hesitate to let us know if you encounter any additional problems with this.
