Hi, we are looking at the transcript level data file available in Downloads section:

## OmicsExpressionTranscriptsExpectedCountProfile.csv

What is the scale of these data? Are these cross sample (in this case cell lines) normalised? OR within sample normalised?

Thanks for reaching out. The expected counts are direct outputs from RSEM’s EM algorithm and are not normalized.
