I am trying to find cell lines that harbor a particular mutation. I have found the “Mutations 22q1” and the “hotspots mutations” however the excel file I downloaded only has the number of mutations for this specific genes and not the exact mutations (e.g. which codon). Is it possible to download a dataset that has the mutation status of cell lines (with mutated codon included) and if yes how?

Yes, in each release we provide a MAF file named “CCLE\_mutations.csv” which contains the specific mutations.

For example: [22Q1 CCLE\_mutations.csv](https://depmap.org/portal/download/all/?releasename=DepMap+Public+22Q1&filename=CCLE_mutations.csv)
