Are the skewed-LRT values or the lineage enrichment p-values available for download? Either way, where can I find code to calculate them based on the gene effect score matrix?
Thanks!

Would it be best to use ADaM, and is the right repo? [https://github.com/DepMap-Analytics/ADAM2](https://github.com/DepMap-Analytics/ADAM2)

Hi lfurchtgott, a table of gene statistics including normLRT is in internal testing and will eventually be available to the public as a tool for browsing, filtering, and downloading. The code to generate normLRT isn’t public yet.
