Hi all! I was able to download and use the depmap library on R using BioConductor. Im trying to access the OmicsExpressionGenesExpectedCountProfile.csv, but the functions I tried to use don’t work. I also tried downloading the csv onto my laptop, but it lost a lot of the information. Ultimately, trying to perform gene expression differential analysis. Does anyone know how to go about this?

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you provide more details on what information was lost? When you downloaded it locally, how were you reading in the file?

Best,
Simone

I’ll also interject that the DepMap R package is maintained by Laurent Gatto and Theo Killian of UCLouvain in Belgium, and is not affiliated with the DepMap project. However, Laurent Gatto added a post here for how to report issues with the page:

> [@DepMap bioconductor package](https://forum.depmap.org/t/depmap-bioconductor-package/30/5):
>
> Thank you very much for mentioning the depmap package here. +1:t2 For any questions related to the package, please either use the [Bioconductor support forum](https://support.bioconductor.org/) or open an [issue on Github](https://github.com/UCLouvain-CBIO/depmap/issues).

Thanks,
Phil
