# GISTIC2 Analysis of cBioPortal Segment-Level CN Data

**Hello,**  
I’ve been interested in running GISTIC2 on the segment-level copy number data available via cBioPortal.  
I assume this analysis may have been performed internally, and perhaps the results have even been deposited somewhere by your team. I was wondering if I’m missing a file or if there’s a way to access them?

Hi Sharon,

Unfortunately, we do not perform GITSTIC internally, so we don’t have any results to share. You might have to perform the analysis on your own.
