I have been trying to get the list of dependent cell lines based on RNAi experiments for multiple genes. As per the description given, cell lines having the probability of dependency \> 0.5 are considered dependent. How do I find which cell lines from the RNAi experiment have a probability of dependency \> 0.5? Since I’m searching for this information within multiple genes, I was wondering which data file can be used to get it? Thank you ---
