# Custom Downloads problem

Hello. I’m trying to download dataset using my own gene list. It shows unexpected error after I click “download file” button. Yesterday I can use the function successfully. So does anyone know how to do with this problem? Thanks for your time.

Same issue.  
Chrome/Windows 10 (2 different PCs)  
Custom cell line lists generated with the tool.  
Short lists (~10) genes  
various data sets

All combinations tried failed…
