# CRISPRGeneDependency file integrated both Broad and Sanger datasets?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to confirm whether the **CRISPRGeneDependency** file integrates **both Broad and Sanger CRISPR datasets**. The README states:

> “This Achilles dataset contains the results of genome-scale CRISPR knockout screens for Achilles (using Avana Cas9 and Humagne-CD Cas12 libraries) and Achilles combined with Sanger’s Project SCORE (KY Cas9 library) screens.”

The wording is a bit confusing since _Achilles_ appears twice. My interpretation is that **the Achilles pipeline processes CRISPR knockout screens generated at the Broad Institute (Avana and Humagne-CD libraries) as well as screens from the Sanger Institute Project Score (KY library), and these are jointly integrated using the Chronos model**.

Does that sound correct?
