I observed that 3 cells are assigned as SCLC but they are other model type, and one cell has a contamination problem
ACH-000727, NCI-H2066 is a Lung squamous cell carcinoma (RRID:CVCL_1520)
ACH-000912, NCI-H2286 is a Lung adenocarcinoma (RRID:CVCL_1545)
ACH-000670, SBC-5 was originally classified as a SCLC, but was reclassified as a thoracic SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated tumor (RRID:CVCL_1679)
And the cell line ACH-002196, SBC-1 is possibly misidentified/contaminated. Shown to be identical to SBC-2 (JCRB web site and STR profile).
