Hi,

I’v searched NFE2L2 gene mutation in LK2 cellline through [Cell Model Passports](https://cellmodelpassports.sanger.ac.uk/passports/SIDM00548), the mutation is: **p.E79K** , And i also download DepMap CCLE\_mutations.csv file, and search by _Hugo\_Symbol == ‘NFE2L2’, DepMap\_ID == ‘ACH-000769’_, but the mutation is: **p.E63K**.

So, what’s the difference? Thanks!!

I wondered maybe they mapped of the mutation to different Annotation Transcripts?
