# cell line id

I have a question. I have a cell line number in each row of this table that is not a depmap ID. However, I need to convert these cell lines to depmap IDs in batches, otherwise my work will be difficult to carry out in the future. Is there any method

Are you looking for a mapping table? And when you say “cell line number” are those IDs from some other database? (If so, which?)
