Hi,

I can’t find the above cell line in DepMAP, but found the accession number in Cellosaurus. Has the data been deleted, and if so, is there a problem with this cell line?

Hi,

According to an older [announcement](https://depmap.org/portal/announcements/), this line only had copy number data for which we don’t have the source sequencing file. It was removed in order to harmonize our copy number data.
